Digital Engineering Transformation Lead

Babcock International is seeking a Digital Engineering Training Lead to accelerate our digital transformation by designing and delivering world‑class training for engineers across our global teams. You will create role‑based pathways and enable adoption of PLM, MBSE and CAD tools in a fast‑paced environment.

The role is full‑time with hybrid working in the UK, initial in Warwick, and requires collaboration with engineering and development stakeholders to drive capability development and change.
