Litigation Assistant – Hybrid (Scottish Healthcare)

Kennedys in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive Litigation Assistant to join the Celtic Healthcare team. The role supports fee earners from pre-litigation through to resolution, offering entry-to-mid level exposure to clinical negligence and regulatory work. This is a hybrid role after probation.

You will prepare documents, liaise with clients and experts, and assist with case strategy while developing organisational and paralegal skills within a supportive firm.
