Perk is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team. In this role, you will lead a team of 8-10 software engineers, focusing on delivering foundational work across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will be responsible for the delivery, development, and performance of your team while enabling effective collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of managerial experience in software engineering, alongside strong leadership skills and a technical background. This is a hybrid position requiring three days of in-person work each week.
