Job Description A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally NQ – 8 PQE) to join one of the UK’s leading commercial firms. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates & Partners with the chance to progress your career.n n n This position is to deal with a broad mix of development disputes, service charge issues, rent review, dilapidations, break clauses and landlord & tenant disputes.
