In-House Conveyancer

Job Description This long established and highly regarded property development company in south London/Surrey is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its in-house legal team.  n You will work alongside highly regarded solicitors and lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.  n In this position you will gain excellent benefits, be part of a collegiate team and even financial support with qualification (if you are not already qualified).  n You will have the following background: n – Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters for  2 years or more.  n – Private practice or in-house.  n – Qualified as a solicitor, legal executive (CILEX/FILEX) or licensed conveyancer would be a benefit.
