Job Description Senior Conveyancer | Somerset | New Build Team n The Opportunity: n A prestigious, high-quality legal practice is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to manage a specialist caseload and lead a dedicated team.  n The Role: n The practice covers a range of new builds including residential developments, retirement properties and social housing, and work will also include shared ownership matters.  n Key Responsibilities: n n Overseeing a portfolio of new home transactions, ensuring technical accuracy from instruction to completion. n Supervise, mentor, and develop a team. n Navigating complex matters including Shared Ownership, Retirement Living, and Social Housing developments. n Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers and housing associations. n Work effectively under pressure to meet developer exchange deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. n n About You: n n Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or an experienced Licensed Conveyancer. n Proven experience in new build transactions is essential. n Prior experience managing a team (or a strong desire to step into a supervisory role) is highly desirable. n Resilient and technically gifted legal professional n Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment n n Apply Now: n Whether you are a Senior Conveyancer looking for more responsibility or a Solicitor seeking a clear path to management, this role offers a significant platform for growth.
