Resident Wellbeing & Engagement Lead

Wood Care Group is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to develop meaningful activities, deliver engaging sessions, and support events and family interaction. You’ll create a programme of therapeutic and recreational activities that enhance residents’ lives, with a focus on safeguarding and ongoing staff development.

The role requires a compassionate, organised individual with good communication skills who can work weekends and contribute to a supportive care home environment.
