Resident-Focused Maintenance Technician | Team-Driven

Native Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Reading. You will handle maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds, and common areas to keep standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality high, while delivering excellent service to residents.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete inspections, document work, and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold policies and provide a welcoming, well-maintained living environment.
