Caretaker & Maintenance Technician (Student Living)

Student Roost is seeking a Caretaker for our Great Patrick Street site in the United Kingdom. You will manage maintenance tasks, escort contractors, and take the lead on compliance checks with meticulous reporting. This role supports a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents.

Working 37.5 hours weekly, five days out of seven, 8am–8pm, on a fixed‑term contract for 2 months. DBS check is required; pro‑rata salary is £26,227.50.
