Technical Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Mechanical engineering.
  • Manufacturing and production environments.
  • Paint spraying and specialist finishing techniques.
  • Industrial coatings and decorative finishes.
  • Fabrication and assembly.
  • Workshop operations and production planning.
  • Equipment maintenance and fault finding.
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
  • Exhibition and events manufacturing.
  • Joinery or bespoke furniture manufacturing.
  • Automotive refinishing or industrial paint spraying.
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
