Technical Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical engineering.
- Manufacturing and production environments.
- Paint spraying and specialist finishing techniques.
- Industrial coatings and decorative finishes.
- Fabrication and assembly.
- Workshop operations and production planning.
- Equipment maintenance and fault finding.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
- Exhibition and events manufacturing.
- Joinery or bespoke furniture manufacturing.
- Automotive refinishing or industrial paint spraying.
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
