FEA, formed in 2017 following the merger of two colleges, is the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands with over 18,000 students passing through each year. The Group seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead business support services, working with the CEO, Executive Team and Governors to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and strategic growth.

You will cover estates, IT, health and safety, GDPR and catering, with a strong emphasis on student experience.
