Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle delivery of control and automation projects
• Leading projects involving PLC, SCADA and integrated control systems
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and commercial performance
• Coordinating engineering resources and supporting multidisciplinary project teams
• Building strong relationships with customers and managing expectations throughout delivery
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Supporting commissioning activities and managing project close‑out

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Control Systems Engineer, Automation Engineer or SCADA Engineer with a strong understanding of PLC and SCADA systems
• Experience delivering industrial automation projects within sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, process industries or infrastructure
• Previous project management experience, either in a dedicated Project Manager role or as a Lead or Senior Engineer managing projects
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, scope and change control
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering successful outcomes
