Technical Account Manager (Smart Home Technology)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + £6,000 Commission + Training + Paid International Travel + Progression

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the current Technical Support Manager to solve complex issues.
- Remotely assist electrical engineers in installing the smart home system.
- Process approximately 40 tickets per day.
- Attend regular training sessions to become a smart home expert.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interest in technology or engineering.
- Ability to communicate clearly over the telephone.
- Experience or knowledge in tech support, technical support, IoT, smart home, or connected devices is advantageous.
