Senior Associate General Counsel, Data Licensing & AI

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking an Associate General Counsel to partner on the global proprietary exchange data business. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel and work within ICE’s General Counsel organization.

You will lead licensing, regulatory, and emerging tech matters, engaging with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategy and governance for data products and AI-enabled workflows.
