Senior Estimator – Residential Development & Cost Strategy

Hopkins Homes Limited and its sister brand Tilia Homes are recruiting a full‑time Estimator to join the Commercial team. You will prepare residential development budgets, estimates and cashflows from pre-land purchase through to budget finalisation, supporting Land/Planning and guiding cost effectiveness.

Key tasks include maintaining cost databases, delivering financial appraisals for land bids, taking off quantities, obtaining quotations, analysing results, and updating budgets at milestones.
