Head of Commercial – £250m Contracts & FM Leadership

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a commercially astute leader to oversee a £250m contract covering Capital Projects, Hard FM, and Soft FM services, driving continuous improvement, managing risk effectively, and building strong client relationships to ensure successful contract delivery.

You will lead a large commercial team, drive governance of NEC contracts, and align commercial strategy with operational delivery while travelling 2–3 times per week as required.
