Project Manager – Impact (ECMC)
£37,000 – £42,000 plus benefits
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of evaluation approaches across ECMC activities to enable consistent measurement of outputs, outcomes and impact
- Delivery reporting processes and outputs to ensure more timely, accurate and accessible insight on ECMC programme activity
- Analyse and interpret data to produce clear summaries and materials that communicate impact to a range of audiences
- Support the development of communication outputs using impact evidence to increase the visibility and understanding of ECMC activity
- Develop and maintain project plans and tracking tools to ensure delivery of agreed workstreams to time and quality
- Monitor progress and identify risks to enable timely escalation and resolution
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support delivery of projects and activities
- Support the coordination and delivery of meetings, events and engagement activities to facilitate collaboration across the network
Qualifications
- Experience of supporting data collection, reporting or evaluation activities to track delivery against objectives
- Experience of using project management tools, processes or methodologies
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of projects or workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to produce summaries or insights for different audiences
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Relevant experience contributing to reports, publications or outputs involving health, research or scientific content
- Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to identify issues and contribute to solutions
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field
