Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with technical service provision (support, managed services, consultancy)
- Experience managing Microsoft 365
- Experience meeting ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Experience managing client expectations and staying calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head of Technical with the development of our services and service delivery
- Liaising with the Operations Department to improve our security and meet ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Acting as a point of escalation for service-based client feedback, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained with all service deliveries
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customer and software partners to support our message of excellence
- Overseeing Managed Service requests and maintaining SLAs
- Managing Professional Services bookings with clients
- Assisting in the creation of Statement of Work and Job sheets for Professional Services engagements
- Providing first and second line help desk technical support
- Providing internal office IT support to the team where required
