Lead Developer – C#, .Net Core – Coventry 60K

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Benefits
This UK client, with a prestigious reputation and 40 years in the industry, is seeking a Lead Developer or a Senior Developer with leadership potential. The role offers an 80/20 split favouring technical work and includes team leadership responsibilities such as well‑being, hiring, personal development, and work allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading one scrum team in both existing and new product development.
- Architecting and developing micro‑services, high‑availability web projects, mobile and cloud solutions.
- Maintaining and enhancing the technology stack: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server.
- Collaborating on Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and .NET Core adoption.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience in team leadership and agile practices.
- Familiarity with .NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes, and Azure is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
