Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time Evenings & Weekends
• Evenings & Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
  • Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing person‑centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
