About the role

As an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will deliver high‑quality grounds maintenance services across a range of sites while upholding safety, productivity and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality grounds maintenance services across sites.
• Maintain excellent safety and productivity standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations.
• Ensure workmanship to the highest standards.
• Operate a range of grounds maintenance machinery.
• Lead and manage teams, taking ownership of operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Team Leader in grounds maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to drive company vehicles.
• PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates desirable.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Experience operating a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Can‑do attitude.

Salary

£29,232.00 per annum.
