Independence-Focused Care Champion

Vetro Recruitment is hiring a Support Worker in Llandovery to help create a warm, family-style living and learning environment for young adults with complex needs. You will provide day-to-day support and practical care, enabling residents to grow independence and confidence.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £27,040–£30,010 per annum. DBS checks will be completed; driving licence preferred but not essential, and full training is provided.
