Role Description
The Operations Project Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The role involves supporting the operations and project teams with day-to-day coordination of parking management projects, including tracking milestones, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with resource scheduling. The person in this role will liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients, prepare reports and analysis on project performance, and ensure that operational processes are followed consistently. Responsibilities also include resolving basic operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement activities within the Birmingham office.
