Front-Facing Site Manager – 15-Week Commercial Window Project

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a freelance Site Manager for a 15-week window replacement scheme in Preston, starting ASAP. This is a front-facing management role requiring strong client liaison, coordination with design teams, and oversight of safety standards on site.

Duties include reporting to the Project Manager, maintaining H&S standards, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and client representatives, liaising with the client, and supporting commissioning and handovers.
