IT Systems Engineer – BAU Ops & Solution Delivery

• provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels• progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated• collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions• implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team

Requirements

• to be an adaptable communicator with excellent customer service skills with the ability to focus on the issue in hand while under pressure
• experience working in an operational support role with line of business systems and databases
• experience of using varying technologies or applications including the Microsoft suite
• to be both resourceful and resilient during times of fast paced change while keeping in line with established policies and processes.
• It would be desirable to have previous experience of LiquidLogic and packaging in Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), but by no means essential as training will be given.
