Veterinary Client Care & Reception Specialist

Medivet & Partners in Greater London is seeking a Client Care Assistant (CCA) to be the first point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional care. This role is Monday to Friday with one weekend shift in four at the Hendon 24 Hr Hospital, including bank holiday participation.

The ideal candidate has strong reception and client care skills, excellent numeracy capabilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The role involves managing appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring efficient workflows within a supportive team.
