Library Customer Service & IT Support Assistant

Hertfordshire County Council’s Tring Library is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to library users on Saturdays and beyond. In this role you will assist with IT support, information services and help customers issue and return books, while keeping shelves tidy and well organised.

The position is permanent, with a starting salary of £25,185 per year, rising to £25,583, pro rata for part‑time hours.
