Senior BIM Lead: Digital Delivery on Major M&E Projects

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive digital engineering delivery on major M&E projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary MEP models, set BIM standards, and oversee BEPs and CDEs to ensure buildable, clash-free models.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators, support tender and planning stages, and push for continuous digital innovation across projects while aligning with ISO 19650 requirements.
