Lead AI Ops Engineer – Remote, Scale Automation

M‑KOPA is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to launch and scale a new AI Ops team. You’ll own delivery, grow the function, and drive adoption of automations and AI agents across internal software platforms.

You’ll lead two AI Ops Engineers, define prioritisation, and partner with Software Engineering teams to embed AI into customer‑facing products while staying at the forefront of practical tooling and enterprise automation.
