What you will do

• Work directly with children and young people in care to provide them with the support they need.
• Conduct assessments to develop detailed care plans and implement interventions that ensure children’s safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with carers, family members, and other professionals to facilitate the best outcomes for looked after children.
• Regularly review and monitor care plans to ensure all needs and goals are being met effectively.
• Record and report all work in adherence to local authority guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the service.
