Healthcare Security Liaison — Calm, Proactive Safety Partner

St Andrew’s Healthcare in Birmingham is seeking a Security Liaison Officer on a fixed-term contract to provide a calm, proactive security service across a 125-bed mental health facility. You will patrol, respond to incidents and support staff to maintain safety for patients, visitors and staff.

The role requires prior security or healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within a mental health environment.
