Empowering Support Worker – Disability Housing & Breaks

Old Moat is seeking dedicated Assistant Support Workers for the Disability Supported Accommodation Service in Manchester. You will provide day-to-day support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, in their own homes or supported living settings.

The role involves medication assistance, personal care, meals, errands and attending medical appointments. You will work a six-week rota including weekends and occasional sleep-ins, with training and mentoring.
