Job Description n THE FIRM n A dynamic, forward-thinking law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to its clients. n THE ROLE n An exciting opportunity for a property lawyer to join its growing team. n With 2-6pqe and commercial property and / or secured lending experience, you will manage your own caseload across commercial property and secured lending, to deliver an outstanding service to a diverse and loyal client base that includes institutional lenders, property investors, and developers. n Key responsibilities: n Managing a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions n Advising both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters including bridging finance, buy-to-let, and development finance n Conducting due diligence on investment property and portfolio transactions n Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and other security documentation n Handling landlord and tenant work including lease renewals, licences, and lease restructuring n Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives n Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s other offices n ABOUT YOU n Ideally you will have: n Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions n Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal n Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills n Familiarity with Leap case management software highly desirable n Residential property experience beneficial but not essential n n Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy….
