Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

Branston & Heighington Family Practice is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide on-the-day care for approximately 5,000 patients. You will diagnose, prescribe, and undertake clinical appointments, including home visits.

Successful candidates will be responsible for assessing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, maintaining quality control in a rural practice environment focused on teamwork and peer support.
