Autonomous Advanced Practitioner – Primary Care Impact

Mendip Vale Medical Group seeks an Advanced Practitioner to join Sea Mills Surgery as we expand across multiple sites in the South West. You will deliver advanced clinical assessment, triage and management of patients with acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug and non-drug approaches.

You will operate within the four pillars of advanced practice, maintain NMC/HCPC registration, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
