Health, Safety & Compliance Manager – ISO 45001 Leader

Truro and Penwith College is seeking a Health & Safety and Compliance Manager to lead the college’s safety strategy and act as the Competent Person. You will advise staff, support risk assessments, conduct inspections, and drive improvement across campuses.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or Level 5, strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, and experience in multi-site or education environments. You will champion training and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and related standards.
