Salary

£65,000 – 105,000 per year

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins and aggregations
• Experience with a data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
• Power BI and DAX experience preferred
• Experience extracting and working with data from ERP and/or CRM systems
• Comfortable cleaning and transforming raw, imperfect data
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical colleagues
• Experience with Power Query or ETL tools is desirable
• Familiarity with Excel, including advanced formulas and Power Pivot, is desirable
• API knowledge is desirable

Responsibilities

• Extract data from our ERP, CRM and other business systems
• Clean, transform and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Design and build dashboards and reports for different teams across the business
• Write and optimise SQL queries to pull and manipulate data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Maintain and improve existing reports and data models over time
