IT Service Delivery Manager — Cardiff (Hybrid/On-site)

ARO Technology in Cardiff is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to own and supervise the service delivered to a diverse portfolio of IT managed services clients. You will act as the bridge between customers and delivery teams, lead service reviews and drive continuous improvement, while ensuring incidents are handled with continuity.

Based in Cardiff with on-site client visits and a mandatory UK driving license, the role includes an on-call rota and a mix of remote coordination as required
