Senior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator (Hybrid)

Rullion Engineering Cumbria is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for our East Midlands region. This hybrid role combines pre-contract tendering with live project commercial management, focusing on cost control, value engineering, and timely final accounts.

You will manage tender enquiries, review drawings, prepare cost build-ups, track budgets, and liaise with clients and subcontractors. A 37.5 hour week with 1 day at home, ASAP start, and full UK driving licence preferred.
