IT Operations & Automation Engineer

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations in a hybrid London environment. You will resolve end-user requests, control identity and access, enforce security policies, and support onboarding/off-boarding with People and Finance teams.

You will oversee hardware assets, cloud tools like Google Workspace and Jira, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure service quality. The role requires macOS expertise and proactive process improvement.
