Plant Reliability & Maintenance Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the United Kingdom to manage plant equipment and a maintenance budget while leading shift Technicians. You will ensure compliance with Nestlé quality policy on engineering changes and line releases, driving reliability and cost reductions.

The role requires an apprenticeship to NVQ 3/City & Guilds, preferably with an Electrical or Mechanical bias, and prior Manufacturing experience. TPM understanding is essential for success.
