SENCO & SLT Leader — Champion Inclusion & Learning

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking an experienced SENCO to join the SLT of a wonderful SEN school. You will lead the development of SEN policy and provision across the school, sharing strategies to create a whole-school approach that reduces barriers to learning.

You will work with the SLT, staff, parents and external agencies to ensure every pupil receives effective, well-planned support and to drive pupil progress and inclusion.
