Qualifications and Key Responsibilities

• Experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
• Level 3 qualification or graduate status with a minimum of six months SEN experience
• Ability to work with children with SEN, providing support and creating a safe environment
• Passion for making a difference in children’s lives
• Enjoyment in working with SEN children and celebrating their progress
• Support for teaching staff as needed
• Creativity in finding different ways to enable a child to learn
• Ability to bring a smile to the children you support
