Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-5 PQE) London
A West End law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a junior/mid-level Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-5 PQE).
Working as part of a large and established department your focus will be on the *property side/element of real estate finance transactions. Your caseload will be mixed to include secured lending, bridging and investment/development finance.
The law firm in question have a strong reputation and offer their junior Lawyers an excellent platform to learn and development within a specialist real estate finance team.
The salary range for this role is c. £60,000-£80,000.
*this is not a banking role.
Experience required
Be a UK qualified Solicitor (1-5 PQE) with prior property finance/secured lending experience.
