Job Overview
Location: Trinity Academy, Bristol
Job type: Permanent, Full Time (35‑40 hours per week)
Start date: 1 September 2026
Salary: £24,622 – £27,535 (actual) per year, before annual inflationary increase.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding learning support to individual students, working closely with the SENDCo and the teaching staff to meet the academic and pastoral needs of pupils with special educational needs or other barriers to learning.
Support pupils’ academic achievement and progress, ensuring every child reaches their absolute best.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in a school setting, preferably with special educational needs.
- Track record of impact through career or personal experience.
- Excellent people skills and a genuine care for all students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
