IT Service Desk Specialist – 1st/2nd Line Support (Hybrid)

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is recruiting an IT Service Officer to deliver frontline IT support and help drive service delivery. You’ll assist staff on-site and remotely, resolving incidents within agreed times and maintaining high customer service standards.

You’ll help with hardware provisioning while upholding security/compliance, and work with a team devoted to continuous improvement of IT services.
