Responsibilities
- Provide service and repair for heating systems in customers’ homes
- Ensure same-day fixes for customers
- Represent British Gas in the customer’s home
- Support and mentorship from managers and colleagues
- Handle annual service visits and complex breakdowns
Requirements
- Outstanding customer experience focus
- Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
- NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
- 3 year’s qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
- Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
