Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Validating Contractors’ progress claims and providing Contract Manager with accurate and timely cost reports.
• Verifying cost performance against plan and identifying potential areas of budget overruns requiring actions.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma
• Cost Control intermediate course is preferred
• Previous Cost Control experience
• Previous O&G experience
• Development Project Management: cost planning and control best practices
• Budgeting knowledge is preferred
• Contracting: variations and claims resolutions
• Quality: basic knowledge of QA/QC Construction Management Systems
• Good knowledge of MS packages
