Responsibilities
- Validating Contractors’ progress claims and providing Contract Manager with accurate and timely cost reports.
- Verifying cost performance against plan and identifying potential areas of budget overruns requiring actions.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma
- Cost Control intermediate course is preferred
- Previous Cost Control experience
- Previous O&G experience
- Development Project Management: cost planning and control best practices
- Budgeting knowledge is preferred
- Contracting: variations and claims resolutions
- Quality: basic knowledge of QA/QC Construction Management Systems
- Good knowledge of MS packages
