Logistics Customer Success Specialist

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a Customer Service Operator to manage relationships with customers and oversee day-to-day operations of the portfolio. You will need a good telephone manner and the ability to proactively handle busy inboxes, ideally with freight background experience.

You will be the first point of contact, coordinating with operations and customs teams, providing timely updates to customers, delivering quotes, and ensuring HMRC-compliant processes for consignments.
