Overview

Lead a high‑performing development team in a global product environment. Manage line responsibilities and act as a stepping stone to a full management role while staying hands‑on with modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4‑person development team with matrix management responsibilities.
• Coordinate across multiple teams of leads and developers.
• Drive technology decisions and influence future architecture.
• Split time 80/20 between management and hands‑on development.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Expertise in ASP.Net, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services and full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (preferably Angular) with experience in responsive/adaptive design.
• Ability to work with UX/UI design documents and deliver high‑quality user interfaces.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
